Shipping Policy

We ship from the UK to the United Kingdom and 29 countries across Europe.

United Kingdom — £3.99. Free on orders over £20. Estimated delivery 2–4 business days.

Europe — £6.99. Free on orders over £20. Estimated delivery 5–8 business days.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and you'll get an email as soon as yours is on its way. Delivery estimates don't include weekends or public holidays. Any customs or import charges outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it, and another 14 days to send it back.

Items must come back unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached. To start a return, email reinastore07@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the details.

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wasn't what you ordered — in that case we cover it. Once we receive the item we'll refund you within 14 days to the original payment method, including the standard delivery cost you paid.

For hygiene reasons, earphones and other in-ear products can't be returned once the seal is broken, unless they are faulty.
